Microsoft Corporation requires that we collect your name, a local unique identifier (your email address), the license transaction date, and the names and versions of the products you purchase. In order to process your order, we also need to collect your credit card information, and your billing and shipping addresses. We will not store your credit card information. This information is simply used to process your order. Your shipping and billing addresses will be used to fulfill your order.
In addition, your email address will be used to determine your email address. Your email address will be used in sending you an electronic confirmation of your order.

The Microsoft Select Program is administered by a third party organization named e-academy. To fulfill its role as Trinity Washington University Microsoft Select administrator, e-academy will take and fulfill Microsoft Select orders and will store all information required by Microsoft to meet the terms of the Microsoft Select Program. Microsoft requires that your name, local unique identifier (email address), license purchase date, and the names and versions of the products you purchase be stored and made available to Microsoft upon request.
No other information will be provided to Microsoft, including your billing and shipping addresses.
